As Halloween approaches we are reminded about dressing up in costumes and eating lots of candy and treats every ones having parties and there is temptation all around you.... with more Holidays coming soon. Can you imagine what are world would be like without all the bad food choices all around us and without all the convenient foods, processed foods, and fast foods... Wow and we all had to cook all meals in order to survive.
That's the way it use to be, and I can tell you they were a lot healthier making everything home made and sitting down as a family for dinner, and wow they actually talked and shared and played games, and went outside and played and enjoyed the simple life.
What would it be like if you brought that kind of quality living, simple living back to your home..I did I make all the meals in our home and cook all meals that are great, but watch what I put in them and make them taste great with herbs, and salt free seasonings and modify portion sizes..We all can do this you deserve to know what your putting in your body to stay healthy and fit and so do your kids..I know that we all have busy life's running here there and everywhere its a matter of deciding do I want to cook healthy meals for my family or do I want to spend the money on hospital bills, when every ones over weight and sick...We have the choice daily to modify our fat intake and make healthy choices, and remember to withdrawal by exercising.
Lets change this world for the better and it all starts with us being great role models for our children and loving ourselves enough to know that we deserve to be healthy and full of energy. So as the holidays approach you can still have a great time at parties just make healthier treats, and buy Halloween candy that you do not like so that you wont be tempted to eat it,before you give out your candy, and cook healthy beautiful foods at home... trust me if I can do it for a family of five so can you..you will feel better then you have ever felt and your body will thank you for it. make these small changes and see what a difference it makes for you and your family.
Treat yourself great by putting healthy foods in your body daily and exercise as much as possible and I promise you things just start to get better everyday, and your whole outlook on life gets brighter daily and it becomes a ripple effect in all areas of your life.
