Good morning,
Wow... what a busy Labor day weekend indeed, so many home projects that needed to get done while we were all at home carpets all got shampooed. we decided not to rip out the living room carpet we shampooed it, and it turned out great, cleaned the basement and organized it all, and shampooed down there... found things that were lost like my sons cell phone, and got all the outside yard work and house hosed off roof was growing moss got that all hosed off... it was just busy busy the whole weekend are kids made some money doing chores, and now today husband goes back to work kids go back to School and house is all clean and organized, and smells good. It was worth all the work, and we bought a brand new refrigerator ...they had great sales this weekend payed cash for it to be delivered next week...So great to live a cash only lifestyle no payments.
So today I'm celebrating with some girlfriends going to lunch for some girl time finally... so ready for that, and tomorrow back to court for my son...Hoping to fit in some advertising as well, and do some workout time for myself in between doing what the kids need me to do.... it feels so good when you wake up and your house smells good and you've accomplished so many projects you just want to keep going and accomplish so much more in every area of your life.
when you take pride in the things you have and make sure you take care of them then its a ripple effect in your life and everything just flows naturally and you get the goals and things you want to get done easier everything just works and you teach your kids that everything has a place and there life becomes easier as well because they can find everything and they appreciate a clean organized home as well excpesially if they help you clean it. My daughter did all the laundry she does a great job, and she loves it...imagine that.
Make today a great day, and if you have projects in your home you've been putting off ....why wait put in the hard work get it done and reap the rewards...It sucks while your doing it but when your done and wake up the next day you will feel great like I do today...Enjoy your home and take care of it.
