The greatest part about sleeping and getting a good nights sleep is each day we wake up new and refreshed, and ready to tackle another day doing what we do, and sharing and receiving love if your heart is open to receive that is..how many people open there heart daily to all possibilities and give love without requiring anything back, and removing all the past pain and hurt that life and situations have caused them ..true growth and freedom comes from forgiving who you need to and then moving on to a greater You because of it, and knowing that you can create exactly what you want daily by doing that, it takes work but the reward is worth it get over the past and move forward opening your heart again to finding Love..Love in friendships, relationships just love in general..Oozing through your spirit and soul....
