Tuesday morning

I'm up bright and early finally feeling rested, and once I start working out this morning I will feel much better. There is something about taking great care of yourself, that your body misses when you stop. I took the whole weekend off, and even yesterday, so its time today to make it happen. The more you learn what works for you the more you want to continue doing it, because the results are worth it. I have been studying the health and wellness industry for awhile now, and there is a direct correlation with nutrition and exercise. We can actually turn back the clock, and stop the aging process by taking great vitamins, exercising, Bioidentical hormones, Getting a great nights sleep eight hours at least, living a happy positive life, having a full healthy balanced sex life... which by the way can be a great workout. Stop stress in your life, alot of stress creates health problems, make healthy food choices, and when you do blow it do better the next day, and don't beat yourself up about it. Surround yourself with positive like minded people, and be responsible, but have as much fun as possible doing it. Stop taking life so serious. Start today, you and I making it the best day possible, and whatever is standing in your way of having the best, healthiest, happiest life, you can possible have... remove it from your life today, or change it .Sometimes its just our own thoughts that stand in our way, and our own disbelief , that things can be different, that can actually paralyse us into doing nothing and staying stuck.
