Good Morning,
Today I wanted talk about how great it is to stay connected, with the ones you love. We have the ability to stay connected to friends, and family all over the world through Facebook, Email, Skype...right at are finger tips. However it can be a positive experience, or a negative experience. I choose to use this as a positive loving experience, and we of all ages can enjoy this. Sending pictures through the mail, and letters through the mail are all long gone. Now with a touch of a button we can all be connected..How wonderful is that to share pictures with people you haven't seen in years, Blogs, and things your doing on a daily basis, it is so much easier than picking up the phone, and explaining your life to everyone. Twitter is also great for little quick messages through out the day. So the bottom line is there is no excuse not to stay connected with friends and family.

Christmas Shopping is almost done we just have two more things to buy, and stocking stuffers, and we are done thank God, We are getting are tree this coming weekend, and I am putting lights on the house this week, since my husband convently never has time lol. My daughter is so excited because she gets a whole new room makeover for Christmas and she is designing it herself to be a cool hip teenage room, Life is very busy when you have three teenagers, but at least we will get it done at once...We may have to work three jobs to feed all the teenagers, but at least they will all be safe at are house, and we will know what they are doing.

Make this Holiday season the best Holiday Season ever take great care of yourself, remember it starts with you, for me it is my daily exercise in my Home gym that gives me the energy to keep on keeping on. When you take great care of yourself everything in your life starts to be in healthy balance, and of course making healthy choices of food are very important to your moods.
