Good Morning,
I never dreamed my life could change so much by becoming a Beachbody coach almost 7 months ago so much has changed in my life it still amazes me all that I have done , workout DVDs that I never dreamed would impact my life in such a positive, profound way, and drinking a once a day meal replacement for lunch everyday and feeling better, and not starving actually feeling satisfied, and getting rid of all those bad cravings for all the foods I ate before that kept me fat..Making YouTube workout videos..I was so shy before Beachbody believe it or not I would of never ever imagined me getting out of my comfort zone sharing with the world as I am...

It still amazes me what you can do if you focus set goals, have support and accountability which to me was my missing piece of the puzzle before because I always did it alone before without any accountability so of course I always gave up on myself, because I felt nobody cared how I looked or felt and sometimes we need that support and accountability daily to keep us on track and because I pushed myself to do the YouTube channel I know that I have a team of people all over the world wanting the best for me. My pray has always been as well that by sharing my story and weight loss that I could inspire many people around the world to change there habits as well to great healthy habits, and let them know that they can get in shape right in the comfort of there living room with these great beachbody DVDs any body at any age can get into shape..

My life has changes in such a profound way that I everyday focus on how can I take people with me on this journey, and show everyone at any age to get there bodies back, bring out your sexy and live a more vital amazing life and feel the best you have ever felt..It is possible to do this and get your body and health back at any age and this is how I'm choosing to do it is by sharing it all on you tube and bloging, and posting..anything is possible if you have a no fail program like Beachbody and a team of people that will Love you through even the hard times and every time you fall you must pick yourself up and keep Pressing Play because everyday is a new and exciting day and one day if you continue doing it you will go in your closet and nothing will fit because you have lost so many inches and gained muscle and you'll have to go shopping for smaller sizes this is finally whats happining to me it takes hard work and dedication and a lot of sweat, and soreness but if you push through that the rewards far out way the pain and sweat I promise you there will be a light at the end of the tunnel for you..This is why I love this company and what I do because it impacts so many lives in such a profound way..

Sometimes you just have to trust the process before you see the results and realize if this Beachbody plan has worked for so many others why wouldn't it work for you..As long as your the product of the product doing the plan everyday, It will work ..I promise you Im still in shock at myself when I look in the mirror. I had no Idea how much I would be able to change my body by following along with these DVDs this is why I offer the workouts for free to get you motivated to see you don't need a fancy Gym all you need to do is push PLAY and do the workouts..its that simple, drink water and eat healthy, and lots of proteins less carbs and smaller portions..The key is to get moving today forever and always...

Good Morning,
Our weather has been cold I'm so ready for some heat. Lilac bushes, and tulips are bloomed and now I'm ready to get ready for summer since are spring weather was not the greatest, we had a few days that were good but over all its been cold..Come on heat..

Everyday I strive for more and better focusing on the things I love and creating more in my life daily..I feel like as long as I'm happy and sharing the love vibrations with the world than what could be better then that..the world needs brighter people to light it up..no more sorrow and pain just peace and Light that's what the world needs..

Today and everyday I focus on gratitude, and peace and if anyone gets in the way of that I pray for them, and move on..life is what you make it one day at a time its a daily choice..You get to choose, thank God for that..

Choose to live your life with zest, and passion... following your peace, and don't care what anyone thinks about how your living your life as long as your a good person, and doing what you feel lead to do then that's all you have to worry about stop waisting your life worry about everyone else and getting everyone Else's opinion and start following your own and watch miracles happen in your life..

I am my own leader of my life, and the best role model I can be and I walk the talk and talk the walk and as long as your doing that, and taking great care of your inside as well as your outside and being a light in this dark world then that's all you really have to worry about, anyone Else's actions and thoughts and feelings are there own..do not let any ones negativity reflect how you live your life or feel about Yourself..You were created for greatness and a plan for your life follow the direction of your inner voice as a guide a tour guide for your perfect life and your passion and talents will be manifested today forever and always...

TODAY IS YOUR DAY

Good Morning,
Another Holiday has come and gone, and I made the best of it by taping a great workout for you all to follow along with..something wonderful is happening to me I have this passion and Zest for life like I have never had before, and this Huge passion to not only change my life but bring many many people with me..Today I want to talk to the people that are sick, and tired of being sick and tired people that are ready for change but just don't know how to get started..That have a desire but need the extra push from me to push then right into a great amazing healthy Lifestyle...

That's what happened to me six months ago. I was sitting here at my house getting fatter because of my food choices, was working out but not enough variety, and feeling bad about myself, because I knew summer would soon be here again and that I would have to hide my fat body yet again one more summer, because I felt stuck not knowing what to do.. I so wanted to be fit, and regain my muscle strength, and prayed that I would soon know what to do, and then the miracle that I prayed for happened, I found friends and people that were involved with Beachbody on facebook and I started reading there stories and following there success thinking... wow they seem so happy, and they are so brave to show pics of them in there bikinis, and then I decided I deserve to be happy about myself again and get the body back that I want..I have always Loved Muscle, and know its so important to have on your bodies, not only does it look wonderful, muscle burns fat..so its what we all need to stay fit and healthy..

I picked the coach that I felt would inspire me daily to get back in shape and have a team to be accountable too and that was what I have been searching for, for so long, and that's why I'm having success is because I finally found a Company that has put it all together and I just have to follow the game plan, and everything works better then I could ever imagine and this is why I share with all of you because I want you to understand how important it is to find someone you connect with sign up under them, and follow the Beachbody plan and you will reap the rewards I promise you...I'm a new better me because of it...and this Summer I don't have to hide my body I get to wear a bikini and feel the best I ever have..Thanks to my amazing coach and the support and accountability I get from my team there is no way for me to fail, and since I bumped up my YouTube channel there is no way for you to fail either if you follow along with me and get moving.

Life is now so wonderful and I get excited to take my kids to school so that I get me time, and when they are home they workout with me or at least know I'm doing it, so I set a great example for them to put themselves and there health First as well..

Embrace your kids at any age

Good Morning,
Easter weekend is here now that my kids are teens we no longer have to fill the eggs, and hide them all over like we did when they were younger those years are over we spend many years doing that, and the kids loved it now there too cool for the Easter bunny, so now its about just getting the candy, and a new swimsuit..and celebrating what the Holiday is really about..

Love spending time with my family... blessed I am to be a full time mom I do not take that for granted that I get to stay home, and work from home there were many years that I did not have that blessing so I know how hard it is to work outside the home and juggle a family it is very difficult..so I thank God that I get to put myself and my family first..

Tonight is a guys night for my middle son him and four of his friends decided it would be cool to have a guys night at different parents house once a month, so last month it started with my sons friends birthday sleepover, and they had so much fun playing video games all night they want to continue getting together once a month so tonight its at are house my son and four of his friends for an all night PS3 party..lol

I get to enjoy my kids while there still home the years are going so fast, and soon they will be gone doing there own thing, so I plan on cherishing even the teen years. I got three so I might as well embrace these years of busy taxi servicing, and all that goes along with teens and make my home the safe home for all of them to be, so there not running the streets.. Take the good with the bad and make it GREAT..be the leader of your life you want to create daily and embrace all and cherish, and Love your kids just as they are and let them come to you, and communicate with you ..keep the line of communication open always..my oldest sons girlfriend has already became a professional Lier, because she cant tell her father anything, because he will ground her for anything. my son doesn't even no how to lie, because he feels free to tell me anything..Parents please remember what it was like to be a teen and allow your kids to talk to you without grounding them all the time ..Please don't create them to be professional lie rs to make you happy...Embrace all even when they fail, and are not perfect..Pray and trust it will all work out and do not over react..God knows the plan, and the future not you all you have to do is create openness and trust and Pray...The last thing you want to do is drive them away from you.

Daily Choice

Good Morning,
Do you ever wonder why some people are so happy, and at peace and others are so miserable and hate everything ? I would love to be able to show people how its as simple as a daily choice how we can retrain are thoughts and actions. It all starts with making a choice daily to focus only on what your grateful for, and the more you do that the more you retrain your thoughts and actions for good, also have no expectations on another person as to not set yourself up for disappointment.

Start daily by Gratitude and start learning to Love yourself first and making your inside and outside match..exercise, eat healthy foods, and love your God, and yourself first,enough to celebrate You daily..the more you do that the less time you have to focus on changing anyone else..You cannot change anyone else all you can do is change yourself and attract greatness into your life ..be light, and a leader and show your gifts and talents daily and all will fall in alignment with your life and your purpose.

I wish I would of known how simple this is to retrain your mind and thoughts daily it would of saved me a lot of grief and pain..Now that I do know the secret, I intend to share this with all so that no longer do we play the blame game and start looking where it matters most inside yourself and rediscover You and all your great qualities and then you will start to attract good into your life, and it because a magnet for all to see and join..Be Love, Peace, and Joy and don't care what any one says or thinks of you because of it..Start pleasing yourself first, and the rest will be blessed...Actions speak louder then words so be a giver, and a Leader of Love and Light...Radiate and attract your perfect life to You lift your spirit daily and so many more will be lifted as well..

Good morning,
It has been a busy week as usual with a husband three teens 3 cats and two dogs, and a business and a home to take care of there is never a dull moment ever and to be honest I'm so use to it this way that I love it..having a family is so rewarding in so many ways..

I find for myself now since I remembered finally to put myself at the top of the crazy busy to do list daily that my spirit is more uplifted, happy and I feel so much better and stronger and for the first time in years, I'm back stronger then ever..who says that when you age you have to give up on yourself and stop working out ..I think about my parents and how they raised me and my sisters and I never once saw my mom workout ever or go in the sun, or do any type of yard work ever..How sad to me, this is when you can feel so amazing doing it..I don't know why it took me so long to figure this out..don't wait any longer if your not working out at least five days a week, and are not eating healthy and wonder why your clothes are getting tighter, and you feel tired and cranky all the time..That was me six months ago..Take your life back and reclaim You.

Good Morning, You know I have to say that I have been a beachbody coach now for six months, and because of it I have made the greatest healthiest choices daily, and I'm actually having so much fun..who would of thought that working out could be so much fun..Beachbody has put together some of the best trainers and workout DVDs I have ever seen or done..so it makes it so much fun to get back in shape..I'm dancing again, and getting a great workout by doing it..so fun and energizing. We no longer have to do workouts we hate. We get to choose what fits are personality, and put it in the DVD player press Play, and have fun, and get our bodies back.. its that simple and when you feel sore that means great things are happening to your body. These Beachbody at home DVDs are changing peoples life's all around the world people are getting back in shape at any age right at home this is why I love being a Beachbody coach, because I get to share this daily with everyone. Good Morning, I love mornings so much its a time when the house is quiet and the birds are singing, and I drink my coffee and feel great, because Ive had my eight hours of sleep ... all is wonderful and I get to start new every single day creating, doing, and being exactly what I want. Life is such a gift to be cherished and adored daily..we get this one life to be and do what we were created to do God wants us to prosper and not parish..If you allow that still small voice inside yourself to guide and lead you through you quiet time miracles start to happen and you no longer have to follow someone elses path, and purpose you get to follow yours.. The greatest feeling in the world is when you allow that voice to guide, and lead you to your success ..God has a plan for all of us whether or not we follow it is our choice..we get to choose all that we do daily..I surrender all and allow myself to be guided to best life possible for me, and it gives me the courage, and strength to keep on keeping on daily..growing in strength and Knowledge daily.. New day new beginning thats what I say each, and everyday we get to create what we want brand new each day..How we do that is always starting are day with a Grateful heart being thankful for all the good, and focusing on creating more Daily..We get to write the story of our Life creating what we want more of daily... This I Know for sure I have done many things in my life, and have lived healthy and unhealthy and have lived Negative and Positive its a daily choice on what your going to do and be like nobody can tell you what to do you have to make a decision daily on how your going to choose to live your life..We can share with one another, and guide and teach and lead, but its up to you what you will do with advice and instructions.. For me its a no brain er now that I have been following this path of positive healthy living It is just normal now to wake up everyday focusing on what I'm grateful for and in stealing that into my family's life as well, and you all that read my blogs you can see its up to you it always has been its about retraining your daily thoughts and feels to positive loving ones and creating more daily by doing that, and it does become a ripple affect in every area of your life..You become the leader of your life and destiny.. Good Morning, I have to say I was going to take the week off do to spring breakfrom writing this Blog, but I miss getting my feeling and emotions out on here. when you Love what you do and you finally find your passion that you have been searching for your whole life nothing can stop you from keeping it as long as your alive, and breathing. The greatest gift you can give yourself is YOU the best You that you can create daily..I was lost for so many years just doing, and being what I thought everyone wanted me to be, and when you do that there is part of yourself that you give up, and you never feel complete and Alive you just get by....
